Shipping & Delivery

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders received before 10am between Monday - Friday will be dispatched the following business day. Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be dispatched the next business day.

  • Postage is free on all orders over $95. Anything under will be charged a flat rate of $7.95.
  • Standard delivery - Parcels sent within Australia will be sent by Shippit (courier system) with tracking at no charge. Delivery will be within two business days after dispatch.
  • Express delivery - Express Post may be selected for $24.95, and parcels will be sent within Australia by Shippit (courier system) for next business day delivery (if the order is received before 10am on a business).
  • International delivery - International shipping (outside of Australia) for orders up to AUD$699 is $80. International shipping (outside of Australia) for orders over $700 is complimentary (standard post). Express is available upon request.

FAQs

Do you offer free shipping?

Absolutely! We offer free shipping in Australia on all orders over $95. Anything under will be charged a flat rate of $7.95, which will be included in your order.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers?

Yes, we sure do! Both PO Boxes and parcel lockers are fine to have your C+G sent to.

How long will it take to receive my order?

This depends on where you’re having your C+G delivered, but we estimate 3-7 business days for the majority of our orders.

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do, and if your order is over $500 we’ll cover the cost for you. If you’re under that mark, then we charge a flat fee of $80.

Where can I find your shipping policy?

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, you can definitely change your address if needed—but be quick, there’s not much we can do if the order has already been sent. Just reach out ASAP via hello@carlottaandgee.com/0409 803 642 or DM on our Instagram, stating your order number and the new address.

How do I track my order?

You will be sent a tracking number via email once your order has been sent. If for some reason you didn’t receive one, feel free to contact us via email on hello@carlottaandgee.com and we will assist you.

According to the tracking, my order has been delivered, but I can’t locate it. What should I do?

First step here would be to check the email you received with your shipping details, then reach out to either Australia Post or Courier Please directly to troubleshoot, they should be able to help! Failing that, we can step in and assist—just reach out to hello@carlottaandgee.com or 0409 803 642 with your order number. 

My order is past the estimated delivery date. What should I do?

We’re always ready to help in any way we can, so please get in touch if you’re concerned! Just a note though that postage these days is taking longer than it used to (for a variety of reasons out of our control!), so we suggest waiting a few extra business days before reaching out. 

How is my order packed?

We love our linen, and we love our planet. That’s why all C+G orders are packaged in eco-friendly ‘hero’ packaging or cardboard boxes. All our linen also comes in special C+G linen bags to protect your beautiful new items while they’re en route to you. We suggest you re-use these bags for storage or to pack items that might need extra protection on a trip away.

I’ve only received part of my order. What should I do?

There could be a few things at play here! First of all, your order may include pre-order items. The website lists when these should arrive, so cross check the item there. Secondly, it might have been an error on our part, mistakes happen! If so, please do reach out so we can sort things out straight away—please hello@carlottaandgee.com with your order number and the items you’re missing.

Do you cover import duties and taxes for international orders?

Unfortunately, it’s up to the customer to cover taxes and duties. Rates differ for each country—we suggest looking up your local taxes before purchase.
